LINDSAY FAILS DRUG TEST!

After wrapping up jail and rehab stints, Lindsay Lohan might not be completely in the clear. The troubled starlet has reportedly failed a drug test, according to TMZ. Although the actress was released from jail early, only serving 13 days of her 90-day sentence, before staying in rehab for 23 days, Lohan was held to several conditions after her release. Lohan was ordered to submit to random twice-weekly drug and alcohol tests in addition to attending a 12-step program, participate in at least four psychotherapy sessions a week and attend behavior therapy sessions twice a week. If she fails a drug and alcohol test, she is required to return to jail for 30 days. Despite her recent legal drama, Lohan has maintained that she does not have debilitating issues with drugs and alcohol. Lohan's lawyer Ed McPherson told Reuters he had "thus far been unable to confirm any of it, but I am trying to find out." US Weekly magazine's website quoted Lohan on Friday as saying "I'm fine. They're all nuts."

According to TMZ, it's possible for someone to order LiLo a gift pack from the Keefe Commissary Network Gift Pack Program, which supplies inmates with a variety of snacks. According to TMZ, for just under $23, an inmate can get a care package from the outside world that includes, spicy Velveeta refried beans, Spam, chips, ramen, tortillas, candy bars, cookies and cupcakes.

Following a 10-minute appearance in court today, Lindsay Lohan was handcuffed and taken out of a Beverly Hills courtroom around 8:46 a.m. PT on her way to begin serving a 90-day jail sentence. Lohan arrived nearly eight minutes late for the appearance, emerging from a black SUV and quickly walking through the gauntlet of fans, photographers and TV cameras on her way to the courtroom of Judge Marsha Revel. The judge reminded reporters that there were to be no pictures of Lohan being cuffed or taken to jail. Though sentenced to 90 days at the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, because of severe overcrowding, Lohan is not expected to serve more than 25 percent of her time. That means she could be out in 23 days, at which point she will be transferred to a 90-day inpatient rehab program as part of her sentence.

Lindsay Lohan is due in court for a probation revocation hearing today. If the judge rules against her, she could be headed to jail. Lohan will appear before Judge Marsha Revel in a Beverly Hills, California courtroom, following the revocation of her probation in May, after she missed a scheduled hearing. While Lohan's skipped court appearances and failure to comply with all of the terms of the sentence stemming from her 2007 DUI case have reportedly irritated the judge in the case, it's possible the prosecutor could seek remedies other than additional jail time for Linds. The AP reported that Lohan could either be allowed to remain free, in which case she will likely begin work on her much-discussed biopic of porn star Linda Lovelace. Alternately, she could be ordered to jail, in which case she would be taken into custody immediately. It is still not clear what her potential sentence might be.
