TIMBALAND AND DR. DRE'S SURPRISE GRADUATION PARTY


Dr. Dre and Timbaland surprised students when they appeared at a Culver City High School graduation party. Dr. Dre introduced Timbaland, who performed the tunes "The Way I Are," "Promiscuous Girl," "Carry Out" and "Say Something" on a stage inside the school's gymnasium. Students invited had no idea the hip-hop masterminds were the guests of honor. The surprise performance was sponsored by Hewlett-Packard and Interscope Records, who have partnered with the aim of improving digital sound quality. The promotional event, which was recorded for an online documentary, also featured free food, photos and a raffle of HP gear. The company said it was donating $10,000 worth of computer equipment to the school.

THE SITUATION: THE CLOTHING LINE?


"Jersey Shore" star The Situation has teamed up with New York-based fashion house Dilligaf to launch his own couture clothing line. According to a press release announcing the deal, the "line of high-quality wearable art" will debut next month and run the gamut from T-shirts and sweatshirts to accessories, including hats. A spokesperson for the company said that the vibrantly colored clothes will feature a variety of accents including foiling, cross-stitching and nail heads, noting that Sorrentino has been very involved in the design process.

JERRY SEINFELD CALLS LADY GAGA A JERK!

Jerry Seinfeld is calling out Lady Gaga for her conduct at a New York Mets game after the diva took refuge from paparazzi in his private box at Citi Field. Gaga stirred up headlines when she appeared at the June 10th baseball game and started giving paparazzi the finger when they started taking pics of her. The singer moved to a private box to escape the attention. Turns out, the box belongs to Seinfeld.



"You give people the finger and you get upgraded? Is that the world we're living in now? This woman is a jerk. I hate her. I can't believe they put her in my box, which I paid for." -Jerry Seinfeld, in a recent radio interview.

LADY GAGA ROLLING STONE COVER!



Lady Gaga graces the cover of next month's issue of Rolling Stone magazine. In the interview, she says that her new album is already finished. She's planning to announce the title of the album, which is due early next year, at midnight on New Year's Eve. "I think I'm gonna get the album title tattooed on me and put out the photo," she said. "I've been working on it for months now, and I feel very strongly that it's finished right now. It came so quickly. Some artists take years; I don't. I write music every day."

'American Idol' Drops Minimum Age Limit to 15


With the success of younger singers recently, such as Justin Bieber, "American Idol" has dropped it's minimum age requirement from 16 to 15 years old. The maximum age for the show will stay put at 28. In the meantime, there's still no word on who might replace departed lead judge Simon Cowell, even with auditions set to kick off on July 17th in Nashville.
